Job Description

As a Bilingual Call Center Agent you will:

  • Provide friendly, positive, and hospitable service to our in-house guests
  • Answer calls using the phone routing system
  • Route calls and take messages for the appropriate departments
  • Ensure faxes and mail is distributed and handled correctly

Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Must be to lift up to 15lbs
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in call center environment or similar preferred but not required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently
  • Must have open avalability and be able to work weekends and holidays
