Our client is seeking a Bilingual Client Service Rep/Insurance Specialist to support their department. This is a contract to hire role, offering $18-$20 hourly, and is on a 5 day in office work schedule.
Role: Bilingual Client Service Rep/Insurance Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX 75235
Hours: Monday – Friday 8-5 (rotate one Saturday per month)
Pay Rate Range: $ 18 – $ 20 / hour
Job Duties:
- Ensure that all new orders are processed
- Ensure that existing orders are current and up to date.
- Be able to process new referrals and coordinate initial deliveries.
- Ensure that all necessary documents have been received and reviewed to avoid any billing interruptions.
- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring that referrals are completed within 72 hours.
- All claims are already sent over needing a prior auth – just need to research insurance via portal or phone to obtain the prior auth required – may have to gather medical records required
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
- 2+ years experience working prior authorizations
- Knowledge of how to complete Medicaid title XIX’s
- Knowledge in speaking with insurance and working with insurance portals
- Ability to work in a fast-pace, high demand environment.
- Brightree software experience is a plus.
- Allscripts experience is a plus.
