Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee schedule and curriculum for parenting and pregnancy related classes
- Facilitate delivery of parenting classes, coordinating internal and external presenters
- Accurately and efficient data entry
- Coordinate CCFW Baby Closet operations to meet client needs, including volunteer and donation management
What will you be doing in your role?
- You will facilitate the delivery of virtual and in-person educational classes on pregnancy and parenting topics for agency clients, ensuring curriculum content is compliant with agency and funder requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of program data, including client and billing information.
- Coordinate activities to support CCFW clients served through the St. Teresa Baby Closet, including volunteers and in-kind donations.
- You will become an expert on using Britework’s software for data entry, billing and curriculum selection.
- You will oversee the operations of the CCFW St. Teresa Baby Closet, including volunteers and inventory.
- You will obtain, develop, and organize training materials needed for client sessions you lead & select outside trainers and presenters as needed.
- You will create a training schedule, including topics, days & times for client sessions.
- You ensure the sharing of information, including program success.
- You ensure that data contract compliance expectations are met, including communication with funders, background checks & biannual reviews conducted, and coordinate funder audits.
Base Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field OR a combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
