Direct Hire

Salary Range: $45-53,000/year DOE

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensures facilities compliance with company policies, procedures and practices as well as all Federal and State employment laws.
  2. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, with management.
  3. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  4. Investigates and assists in resolving employee complaints. Assists management with disciplinary and termination meetings.
  5. Assists with review of all disciplinary actions and performance reviews for consistency, appropriateness, liability and training purposes
  6. Manages all leaves of absences.
  7. Plans and directs Benefits administration and customer service for Wellness programs, annual open enrollment, FSA, and 401K.
  8. Records and completes unemployment claims.
  9. Provides exemplary employee customer service relating to LOA, benefit and other employee inquiries.
  10. Assures timely and accurate HR reporting for plant management.
  11. Assists with employee events.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of HR experience in fast paced environment
  2. Bilingual required – Spanish/English Fluency
  3. Microsoft Office, ATS and payroll systems experience is required.
  4. Must demonstrate knowledge in all federal, state and local employment laws and procedures.
  5. Proven history of prioritizing and administering human resources projects required.
  6. Experience in high growth, small or mid size manufacturing company is preferred.
