Our client is seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist to support their department. This is a contract to hire role, offering $16-$18.50 hourly, and is on a 5 day in office work schedule.
Role: Bilingual Medical Receptionist
Location: Dallas, TX 75235
Hours: M-F 8-5PM
- Rotating 1 Saturday per month
Pay Rate Range: $ 16 – $ 18.50 / hour
Job Duties:
- Answer phone calls – heavy call volumes
- Answer customer questions or transfer where needed – could be hospitals calling about order status, customers calling to schedule pickup, hospitals calling about equipment availability etc.
- Greet customers at front desk
- Pull charts for customer orders
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
- 2+ years medical office experience
- Experience working in high volume setting
