As a Bilingual Paralegal, your primary job will be to assist several attorneys with general legal practices. The ideal person for this role will have previous experience as a legal secretary and be fluent in both English and Spanish. As part of your responsibilities, you will need to conduct discovery and be proactive in ensuring that legal documents are filed accurately and deadlines are met. This requires you to have strong initiative and the ability to assess situations and determine the necessary actions to be taken.

Pay Range: $ 62,400 – $83,200 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Responding to and conducting discovery
- Calendaring
- Legal research
- Drafting and revising letters, emails, and memos
- Providing general administrative support to 1-2 attorneys
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in personal injury law (strong preference for plaintiff experience)
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Experience in discovery, legal drafting, legal research, and court filings
- Fluent in Spanish
- Excellent tenure record
- Paralegal certification is preferred
- Experience in federal filings
- Self-driven and proactive
