Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:
• Develop Body Exterior, Body Interior and Safety Cells using composites and metal 3D printed parts.
• Work on composite design.
• Conceptualize structures design and prepare detailed computer-aided design (CAD) of structures using Siemens NX.
• Develop relationships with necessary suppliers.
• Technical lead for body system engineering projects.
Requirements:
• Education: Master of Science in Motorsport Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or closely related.
• Experience/Skills: At least TWO (2) years of experience in the job offered or at least TWO (2) years of experience in the following:
1. Development of Body Exterior, Body Interior and Safety Cell using composites and metal 3D printed parts
2. Conceptualizing structures design and detailed CAD designs of structures
3. Development of carbon fiber and 3D printed parts using Motorsports methods
4. Formula One motorsport engineering
$162,000 – $172,210 a year
