Our Lakewood facility in Washington is looking for a Box Truck Driver who is reliable, has a great attitude and work ethic, and excellent customer service skills to join our team! Our Box Truck Drivers will oversee daily collection of waste tire with the assistance of a driver helper.

Sign-On Bonus – $2000
$500 will be paid on the pay period following your 90-day anniversary
$500 will be paid on the pay period following your 180-day anniversary
$1000 will be paid on the pay period following your one-year anniversary
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills):
- Understand and know safe lifting techniques to lift and load tires of all sizes (personal vehicle, truck, and tractor tires).
- Knowledge and understanding of navigating with local maps.
- Maintain a positive customer service attitude in demanding situations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to dispatch through the successful completion of DVIR’s; maintain clean, safe equipment.
- Perform all duties in accordance with appropriate safety standards.
- Other duties will be assigned as necessary by the company.
- Willing to work overtime.
- Must be 21 years old for insurance purposes
- Clean driving record (Copy of driving record required)
- Requires (1) year commercial driving experience.
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Be reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and have a strong commitment to safety
