Title: Brand and Graphics Project Coordinator Date: September 14, 2023

Job Summary:
The position will be responsible for managing graphics portal projects through the project lifecycle ensuring all assets stay on brand. They will work closely with internal departments, project owners, the organizations agency-of-record (AOR) and other external production partners to ensure all contributors have the information and assets needed to produce marketing, communication and event collateral, signage and content across the entire organization. They will help to manage workflow through our internal Graphics Portal platform and be relied upon to proactively communicate risks to scheduled deadlines and due dates. They also will work to manage photography assets and help coordinate regular updates to resource library documents and graphics files located on ticketprinting.com.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with staff, cross-department teams and volunteers to define their need, build their projects in the internal Graphics Portal platform and help to gather information or assets needed to begin the work.
- Works with all NWTF departments to encourage use of best practices and enforce brand standards.
- Help to usher work through our process to ensure all steps are completed.
- Work closely with our AOR and other external design and production partners to review open projects in the queue through several weekly check-ins and help to manage expectations and communicate project status and needs.
- Attend internal team meetings to help identify possible projects that will need attention in both the short and long term.
- Track rounds of review to ensure efficient and timely delivery of our work.
- Solicit/collect feedback from project collaborators.
- Help to review rounds of production and subsequent feedback to ensure accuracy.
- Help to ensure all project collaborators have the information they need to maintain our brand standards.
- Help to coordinate execution and print production at the national, state or local level, when needed.
- Help to coordinate and manage projects for key NWTF events like the Convention and Sport Show and the National Leadership Conference.
- Serve as the primary owner of the internal NWTF Graphics Portal platform. Lead the development of new features and functions, when needed. And report usage/performance metrics to the management team at a to-be-determined cadence throughout the year.
- Help manage graphics assets on Ticketprinting.com and the resource library to keep items fresh and in line with other newly developed brand assets.
- Help to better leverage photographic assets for use in NWTF graphics projects by providing better organization to old and new photo libraries.
- Attend annual NWTF Convention, regional meetings and training opportunities, as necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- To be extremely organized with a penchant for problem solving and resolution.
- Project management experience working with multiple internal and external teams to help facilitate the production of brand communications, publications and events.
- Leadership qualities that can be leveraged to help us implement, and adhere to, process and workflow standards.
- Remains calm under pressure and embodies a collaborative nature.
- Understanding of the role of branding and the ability to provide review and oversight to ensure all that is created is on brand.
- Strong understanding and proven experience with creative workflow for print, event, video and digital production.
- Project management skills
- Proficiency or working knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management software is a plus.
- Passion for the outdoors while embracing the role of hunting as a means of conservation.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Project Management, Business, Org Management, Graphic Design, or Art Design.
- 2+ years of professional experience working with external and in-house creative agencies or marketing/advertising teams.
- Experience with project management workflow software (Workamajig, Basecamp, Workfront, MS Project, etc.)
- Experience working with or volunteering for a non-profit organization is a plus.
- Certification in Agile, Scrum or PMP is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Salary Description
$50,000.00 minimum annual salary
