As we continue our rapid growth, corporate marketing is an integral component to successfully scaling the business. We are looking to hire a highly skilled Brand Marketing & Design Specialist who will be responsible for partnering with Risk Strategies business practices, divisions and the corporate marketing team to create compelling sales and marketing materials that tell the Risk Strategies story. He or she will be critical in helping build brand awareness and reputation in the marketplace. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in an exciting, fast-paced environment and has the ability to be nimble, juggling various priority projects that change in real-time. Attention to detail and the ability to both see the big picture and execute day-to-day priorities is a must.
Objectives of this Role
- Partner with Risk Strategies business practices, divisions and corporate marketing team to create compelling multi-channel sales and marketing materials that tell the Risk Strategies story
- Build brand awareness and reputation in the industry
- Support the company’s sales and marketing strategic priorities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategize and partner with the corporate marketing team and business leaders to plan, manage and execute on digital and print campaigns across all of our channels including website, social media, email marketing, digital and print advertising, tradeshows and other in-person events
- Produce visually impactful, targeted content and designs for our internal and external multi-channel marketing strategy including professionally designed email templates, landing pages, infographics, newsletters, webinars, advertisements, social graphics, event signage, video, and other digital and printed materials
- Create, update and maintain inventory of company sales materials including presentation templates, client decks and brochures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on special projects including benefit guides, compliance newsletters, case studies, webinars, whitepapers and RFPs
- Create and edit video content, adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of printed materials and tradeshow materials with print vendor
- Work both tactically and strategically with key stakeholders to build and elevate the company’s brand and promote the company’s specialist approach to risk
- Ensure materials align with the company’s corporate marketing strategy and business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, communication and design
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications or graphic design
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in insurance or the financial services industry
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Adobe CS, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Proficiency and knowledge of marketing systems and social media platforms for business utilization including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Experience with Smartsheet and other project management software preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of traditional, digital, content and social media marketing
- A keen eye for detail
- Adaptable, deadline-driven and able to handle a high-volume workload

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $70,000.00 – $90,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
