We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Brand and Publicity Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our brand image, implementing effective brand strategies, and maximizing the company’s visibility and reputation in the workforce development market. The successful candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in brand management, public relations, and marketing, along with exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, equity, and market positioning.
- Study and understand KRA’s 40+ years trajectory in the workforce development industry.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to the brand’s reputation and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels, including digital, print, the website, at events and exhibits, and social media.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and promotional activities to effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition.
- Manage public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to secure positive coverage and manage potential reputation risks.
- Manage publicity of KRA’s the HUB Podcast and KRA@Work Monthly Newsletter.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven recommendations for brand improvements and marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders adhere to the brand’s visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Information Technology, Human Resources (People and Culture), Strategic Partnerships and Operations, to align brand strategies with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand management, publicity, and marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

- Ability to work occasional weekend hours and travel approximately 20% time.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field. Advanced degree in marketing or professional certifications in brand management or marketing are a plus.
- At least five years of related experience required.
- Proven work experience as a Brand Manager, Public Relations Manager, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
