Our Global Design team is a hub of creativity and innovation, and we’re seeking a talented and passionate mid-level Brand and Design Strategist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
As a Brand & Design Strategy Associate Manager, you will be a pivotal thought leader, instrumental in shaping and executing brand and design strategies across a range of Global Design projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership: Drive brand and design strategies within various Global Design workstreams, with a focus on developing and extending brands into new and exciting spaces.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and creative professionals to take projects from initial opportunity exploration to successful realization.
Research: Lead research efforts to inform strategic recommendations by gaining deep insights into people, markets, categories, brands, trends, and culture.
Design Audits: Conduct comprehensive design audits across various brand touchpoints, including packaging, visual identity, and brand experiences. Analyzing various visual and technical elements to inform design opportunities and briefs.
Strategy Development: Synthesize information to identify meaningful and relevant opportunities, crafting compelling and actionable brand and design strategies. These strategies may encompass everything from creating new brands to extending or restaging existing ones. You will also be involved in shaping brand foundations, including brand purpose, positioning, and DNA definition, and creating support frameworks such as brand architecture.
Creative Framing & Content: Contribute to the generation of strategic and creative content across a range of brand topics, creative briefs, copywriting, and naming (brand and product).

Adaptable Self-Starter: You are a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience in understanding various types of brand and business challenges. You are comfortable working in an ambiguous and dynamic work environment, able to embrace risk and uncertainty.
Hybrid Brand and Design Strategy Experience: You have management-level brand and design strategy experience, gained from consulting, agency work, or client-side roles. You excel at leading brand strategy efforts and can seamlessly translate learnings and strategies into actionable design directions. Experience working with CPG brands is ideal.
Storytelling: Your ability to construct compelling narratives is second to none.
Influence and Relationship Building: You have a proven track record of building effective relationships and influencing senior levels within organizations across regions and functions to successfully deliver project plans. You thrive in a collaborative environment.
Collaboration with Creatives: You have experience working closely with design teams and can effectively translate and work with creatives and designers to bring strategies to life.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of relevant experience in Brand and Design Strategy, or Planning at a Creative, Design, or Advertising Agency.
Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 – $135,600.
• Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
