OVERVIEW

Are you a foodie at heart and find yourself scrolling through social media to find the latest food trends? Well, you’re in luck! We are seeking a Planner to join the Food Licensing and Partnerships team to support the advancement of key strategic partners like Hershey and Motts, while bringing fresh ideas in the food space. This role will help ideas become a reality through strong project management, assisting in the pitch phase, and collaborating internally and externally through execution.
This role is remote eligible, though being local to Minneapolis is preferred.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist in managing day to day responsibilities for strategic partners (i.e. Hershey; Motts; Mondelez) to create flawless licensed product execution
- Lead relationships with cause food partnerships (i.e. No Kid Hungry)
- Lead ad-hoc partnerships from idea to execution (i.e. Owned Platform Content Partnerships)
- Work with broader partnerships team to development recommendations for all food partnerships and in-bound licensing
- Participate in ideations and provide ideas in response
- Develop expertise on what’s currently happening in culture, with an eye towards emerging trends
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of relevant brand, marketing, licensing or other experience
- Highly organized and detail oriented – able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong ability to create and build ideas tied brand strategy
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal/presentation)
- Learning mindset – exhibits curiosity and desire to learn
- Collaborative nature – history of exhibiting a “Win as a Team” mindset and ability to foster strong working relationships with internal and external partners
- Personal passion within food industry
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Partnership or client management experience
- Experience working across multiple brands and cross-functional teams
- Track record of close collaboration with external partners to bring holistic ideas to life
- Ability to execute on consumer insights
- CPG industry experience
- Understanding of CPG licensing
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $62300.00 – $93600.00 / Annually.
