Join a dynamic marketing group to support activities for the brand experience team.

You’ll be a key member of the marketing department by helping to support key client engagements and corporate programs. The brand experience team ensures the FM Global story is told through experiences that are memorable and inspiring to every audience, through every possible medium – physical (our buildings), digital (our tools and applications), mobile (Resilience trucks), trade shows and more. FM Global brand experiences are designed to cause action (acquisition of new business, deepening of existing relationships, causing risk improvement). Your role will focus on supporting our in-person visitor experiences such as our Research Campus (Rhode Island), SimZone (Massachusetts) and mobile experiences (across North America and Europe).

Responsibilities

  • Resilience Trucks
    • Work with various stakeholders globally to manage the scheduling and route planning for our Europe and North America tours
    • Develop and maintain resources for operations offices hosting visits with the Resilience Truck (checklists, training materials, social media templates, etc.)
    • Manage pre-and post- event logistics for truck stops with local offices and truck company
    • Some on-site engagement at truck events (across North America)
  • Visitor experience centers (globally)
    • Establish and maintain consistent attendee data collection processes
    • Create dashboard and reports for visitor engagements to support Return on Investment (ROI) analysis
    • On-site engagement activities during visitor events
  • Handle special projects, as assigned

Qualifications

  • Ability to work full-time and travel (up to 15%) to client experiences (within the North America)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Good analytical, organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Efficient time management skills; naturally inquisitive and able to undertake and deliver projects
  • Familiarity with MS Office products
  • Pursuing a degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, English, or communications
  • Maintain overall GPA of 3.0 or higher, preferred
  • Be a junior going into senior year in college, preferred

The hiring range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
