As a Brand Manager, you will:
The Sr. Brand Manager Horizon Organic Base is responsible for driving profitability and growth of the Horizon Organic business through strategic planning portfolio and PL management leading creative and marketing planning and delivering flawless execution in the marketplace. This person should have the ability to prioritize and easily flex between strategic and inspirational brand leadership and smart proactive business management. They will have the opportunity to direct a wide range of projects that span from strategic equity positioning and messaging to PL optimization. This person should possess the passion to build a brand with a positive impact on people and planet.
Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with relevant cross functional teams to develop HO Masterbrand purpose and messaging strategy.
- Drive and lead key strategic planning workstreams for HO total BU.
- Deliver best in class marketing strategies creative content and activations deployed at the right time in the right place for the right consumers.
- Develop customer and consumer-facing stories content and assets that build internal and external support and strengthen the brands’ market position
- Creatively leveraging trade consumer and shopper marketing dollars to maximize brand growth and ROI
- Manage business performance and key leverage points in PL volume pricing variable cost trade AP productivity to achieve budget commitments.
- Project leadership through defining organizing and executing projects to successfully deliver objectives on time and on budget.
Strive for profitable growth through making relevant strategic data-based choices
Building strong relationships with external and internal partners to drive the business forward.
Collaborate with strategy and insights to translate consumer retailer and shopper understanding into action
Understanding trade and retail dynamics and developing a comprehensive brand/category portfolio commercial strategy with the right sales fundamentals
The ideal candidate will have:
- Undergraduate degree required MBA preferred
- 5 Years progressive marketing experience with increasing responsibility and a proven track record of success in sizeable companies. Experience in Food Beverage is a plus.
- Agility: ability to adapt quickly to different teams driving for performance and providing business continuity.
- Flexibility: open to changing circumstances and focus.
- Strong ability to switch between big picture and day-to-day to drive projects forward without losing sight of the overall goals.
- Strategic and analytical thinking: ability to shape a vision and a strategy and translate it in concrete actions/plans.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50 – $60 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
