Ripple Effect is looking for a Budgetary Analyst with six years of experience to support our client’s mission. This person will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the Combat Casualty Care Research Program (CCCRP). This role will work to provide financial management and may include routine management tasks such as utilizing CCCRP systems in analyzing and developing monthly financial reports, tracking procurement requests for Government review, and working closely with leadership on various analytical projects. We are looking for an individual with great attention to detail and communications skills to provide strategic financial analysis and budget skills.

Responsibilities
- Supports CCCRP by providing key budget execution processes for acquisition, financial, and budgetary programmatic operations.
- Manages a team by supervising staff, providing mentoring, oversight and managing performance. Supports hiring and team building to provide exceptional client support. Manages relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Responsible for maintaining financial management operations for portfolio of programs/projects.
- Prepare, maintain, and track financial management processes, including monitoring and coordinating R&D program resource allocations for CCCRP.
- Maintain budget analysis for an assigned portfolio of programs/projects.
- Demonstrated experience with managing government funding to support of DoD-funded research and development activities.
- Comprehensive archive/data management for financial reporting.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including national labs, research institutions, and biomedical research organizations.
Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, Masters degree preferred
- 6 years of relevant experience
Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with DoD, other Government Agency, academic or university budget or finance execution processes.
- Demonstrated strength in oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact on a professional and technical level with DoD, academic, industry, and other stakeholders.
- Strong computer skills and intermediate Microsoft Office abilities, specifically Excel.
- Highly organized, efficient, and extremely detail-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks and organize information in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, relying on your own resources and initiative.
