Cedar Park Group is recruiting for Building Technicians II (intermediate for immediate openings.
Requirements:
- 3-5 Years of commercial HVAC experience
- Experience with plumbing, HVAC, lighting, roofing, electrical, painting, patching, caulking, carpentry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical degree in related field is preferred.
- Current universal refrigeration license and /or other trade licenses as required.

- All candidates must be bale to pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
The Building Tech II (intermediate level) operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and balancing, water treatment, purified water and process equipment. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer’s specifications and safety policies. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools.
