Business Administrator (Milliman SkySail)

The Business Administrator will work collaboratively with Milliman SkySail Consultants to assist with contracts, data reporting, and quality control processes. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is detail oriented, and excels in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This individual will report to the Senior Pharmacy Benefits Consultant.

Job Responsibilities

  • Help create and update documents in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. These include but are not limited to financial, accounting, and legal documents.
  • Support maintenance of required electronic files in accordance with firm’s document retention and risk management policies; organize and maintain files (including confidential files); maintain, update and review reference materials and manuals.
  • Proofread, suggest content edits, and adhere to brand and editorial standards while reviewing various reports, documents, and presentation materials for typographical, grammatical, and spelling errors.
  • Research, creation of internal planning reports and client project support.
  • Perform data entry for analyses, client relationship management (CRM) tools, or other internal databases.
  • Document production and mailings.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other administrative and any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Handle confidential and proprietary materials.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Two years of work experience in administrative support and/or related field OR a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration or other related discipline.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, and preferably PowerPoint

Salary: The salary range is $40,000 to $65,000, depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.

Location:This role is based out of the Milliman SkySail office, but candidates can work remotely anywhere in the United States.
