Jack Henry’s Travel Team is seeking to hire an exciting role as a Business Aircraft Counselor IV. This position will work in our Corporate Travel area scheduling business aircraft as well as assisting both external and internal customers with hotel and car rental reservations. This position is fast paced, and trip details change often. The ideal applicate would be good at putting together the puzzle pieces of corporate travel and likes a challenge. This position requires quick thinking and looking at a task in a big picture view to see all areas of the department that are possibly affected by changes. Position works closely with travelers, pilots, ground crew, maintenance and management.

This position will be based out of the following Jack Henry office locations: Monett, MO as an in person or hybrid schedule.

This position will have a salary range of $37,000-$45,900 based on experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Arranges transportation, lodging, accommodations, and other travel services for passengers aboard business aircraft.
• Converses with employees to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, and accommodations required.
• Assists travelers with billing questions pertaining to their travel.
• Communicates pertinent information to employees and resolves any scheduling issues.
• Evaluates and makes decisions for business aircraft travel; updates and creates flight schedules, reviews weight and balance restrictions and FBO selections to schedule flights and resolves issues.
• Schedules pilots keeping in mind flight configuration and AMP restrictions, coordinates information concerning flight activity (delayed flights, weather issues and other issues) and communicates to flight crews, passengers and maintenance and line service as necessary.
• In this role you will work cross functionally with our commercial counselors.
• Able to make logical decisions in complex or time-sensitive situations.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of customer service experience in a support role.
• Must have strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Must be detailed oriented with the ability to adapt to change.

What would be nice for you to have:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Travel Agent certification.
• Corporate Travel Experience.
• Proficient in PFM (Professional Flight Management) for corporate travel booking, or Sabre for commercial travel booking.
