Our corporate office sells franchises, launches them, and provides all the facets of business support and development.
Position Summary:
This intern will report to the Technology Manager and work on strategic company projects that include extracting data from various sources, data governance, data organization, data analysis, and data presentation. This internship includes mentoring from an experienced leader and working within a team of talented individuals.
Roles:
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel and other business systems tools on data and business analysis projects.
- Learning innovative technologies using various business-related systems and data sources.
- Working on compiling NAICS leads data on Canada and USA for future new business development.
- Creating processes for the development of more accurate, timely and useful data and analytics.
- Fostering relationships with other teams and shows a willingness to learn about the work.

Qualifications/knowledge:
- Pursuing a future in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field.
- Ability to work from assigned Omaha office for the duration of the internship.

Skills/Abilities:

- Must be well organized, detail-oriented and like working with Microsoft Excel.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Enthusiasm to learn and gain real work experience with a fast growing and dynamic business.

The Office Environment:
As part of the company, you can expect to work in a standard office setting where there is a positive team atmosphere. Our office is a collaborative space where cross-department projects are frequent. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate. You will have exposure to moderate noise levels and on occasion outside weather conditions (walking between buildings, networking events).
Physical Demands:
Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment. Manual dexterity needed for using a calculator, computer keyboard, and phone. This description is intended to provide only basic guidelines for meeting job expectations.
