Job Description
Business Analyst 2
Performs statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports and visualizations of trends and patterns. Works with technology organization and business end-users to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements. Partners with development and data management roles to identify and capture data required from internal and external sources. Creates and maintains statistical models for ongoing and ad hoc review and analysis of data. Uses data visualization programs, tools and techniques to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2 years + of relevant work experience or equivalent academic experience
Semiconductor experience preferred
Microsoft (Office, Teams, Flow, Power Apps, Power BI, Flow, Azure Logic Apps)
Alteryx or similar data tool
Adept in Microsoft Excel, with exposure to VBA.
Adept in using SQL to query data for projects and analytics

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $73,400 – $132,600 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
