About this role
- Experience managing refinement sessions – and maintaining a healthy backlog (defined as 2 sprints of refined tickets)
- Comfortable mapping out the work including cross team dependencies – so that cross team work is understood and managed accordingly.
- Experience with Order Management and/or Fulfillment services within a digital organization
- Experience in a Digital enterprise with digital commerce earning extra points.
- Experience with hybrid/agile teams which means leveraging project plans, tracking milestones, etc. This is critical given the visibility this work will have within the enterprise.
- Experience working with Product Management.
- Technical orientation as the system environment that support our ordering and fulfillment operations is quite complex – including a wide range of integration partners and systems.
- Experience working across a range of teams and with multiple stakeholders. Given the level of integrations that exist, there will be quite a few touch points outside the team itself.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analyst experience within eCommerce industry
- SalesForce Commerce Cloud experience strongly preferred
- Experience providing requirements for medium to large initiatives
- Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated experience translating strategy into feature development roadmaps
- Demonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keep the guests need at top of mind

Salary Range: We are committed to equitable and fair pay practices. For this role, the starting salary pay range is $65,000 – $110,000 a year. We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions and generally do not hire employees at the highest point of the pay range. The earning potential for this role is up to $120,000. We share this to ensure transparency, expectation-setting and education for candidates.
