Your role
Position Summary
This position focuses on the day-to-day support to the Fine Fragrance business leaders and will be expected to perform complex analyses, lead a variety of analysis, preparation, and presentation of insights that support the business enhancement on specific projects and strategic initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage insights and analysis on business performance for assigned business with direct interaction with business unit leadership team to analyze and improve performance.
- work with leadership to establish strategic goals and provide performance status toward those goals.
- Has full ownership of understanding the P&L, providing insights on key drivers impacting profitability, and developing other information/tools for use by management in key business decisions.
- Collaborate with data analytics to provide tools and metrics around KPIs, including dashboard development and maintenance on daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Support on Project Management (Naturals innovation, etc.) providing key insights to drive decision-making.
- Coordinate administrative routine with expenses reports, travel arrangements and events calendar, etc.
About you
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or other related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Must have accounting and/or finance experience (ability to interpret income statements and P&L is a must)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to break down complex problems and develop a robust approach to solve.
- Strong Business Acumen with aptitude for financial scenarios & analysis.
- Robust analytical and quantitative skills to assess and quantify business impact of various efforts honestly.
- Challenge status quo operations to identify transformative change.
- Experience with or ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and excellent teamwork skills with ability to establish productive working relationships with other teams.
- Excellent communication written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter
- Good project management knowledge
- Advanced MS Office skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Our offer
The base salary for this role ranges from $70,000 – $95,000 depending on experience.
