Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000 per year.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Job Overview:
The Analyst position is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and reporting. This position will work on the Business Analyst team establishing effective and accurate financial models, assessing key business metrics, creating accessible reports, evaluating progress, and providing actionable data-backed insights.
You are someone who loves collecting, cleansing, analyzing, and visualizing data. This job would involve helping to define what data to gather, highlight, and display to drive action.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with projects as requested. Approach work with high attention to detail. Come up with creative technological solutions.
- Create workflows to integrate data between systems, transform data and automate data reporting
- Interpret data, identify trends, convert information into improvement suggestions, and ultimately competitive advantage
- Establish and maintain dashboards for timely communication of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Transform data into easily digestible dashboards
- Forecast and measure performance versus the forecast and Annual Operation Plan.
Education and Knowledge:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Graduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience desired
Technical Competencies:
• Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView required
• Data cleansing tools such as Alteryx or Tableau Prep; big data management such as SQL, Python or other scripting languages; experience with Amazon Web Services processes desired
• SalesForce a plus
Experience:
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative, fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Must have the ability to explain complex analyses to a wide variety of audiences
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills, and the analytical mindset to distill insights from big data sets
