Business Analyst

Skills and experience we are seeking:

1. Experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar type roles in a PMO/EPMO
2. Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) in Communications, Education, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a technical degree.
3. Experience with the ServiceNow report writing tool.
4. Experience using and supporting ServiceNow Project Management Tools (PPM, ITBM, SPM)
5. End-user training preparation and delivery experience, especially in Project Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
6. Demonstrated strong interpersonal/influence skills, especially in training settings.
7. Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience with creating and maintaining department templates
8. Excellent analytic, problem solving and coaching skills, with the ability to take a thoughtful driven approach to addressing each assignment.
9. Someone who is self-motivated and will jump in and do the work.

Preferred Experience

1. Power BI report writing
2. Particularly strong Excel user, including experience with data from multiple sources, data analysis, usage of advanced Excel functions.
3. Experience with general departmental SharePoint site content maintenance

Hourly Rate: $30-37/hr
