Position Description:

CGI is seeking a creative and passionate Business Analyst, who is strategic-minded, thought leader with a consistent track record of Data Analysis, Business Engineering and an expert in healthcare Claims and Audits. This person will lead the effort in business analysis, Requirement gathering, Data Mining and validations on different modules of CGI modules.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Understand our existing products and build a functional knowledge base.
• Support management of the product roadmap
• Experience with creating documentation, data/process analysis, and requirements gathering for the application development.
• Experience with Business Process Modeling tools.
• In Depth knowledge of Health plans, Claims life Cycle.
• In Depth knowledge of Government Plans like Medicare and Medicaid.
• Experience in designing solutions for Health plans and supporting Product Owners for creating solutions.
• Experience in supporting the development team on User Stories and Testing teams on defects.
• Strong experience with Claims Auditing and understand different CMS EDIT Rules.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the IT Development Life Cycle is preferred.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of Data Analysis and Business Analysis.
• Functional Knowledge in healthcare Claims, Audits, Edits, Recovery etc. is a MUST.
• Knowledge and experience with technical/healthcare systems
• Experience working with data analytics to improve existing solutions and/or develop new solutions.
• Experience in Client Facing Roles and Demos
• Experience in Agile Delivery Methodologies.
• Experience with HER data.
• Experience with Claims Pricing and Reimbursement & Recovery.
• Must be able to work in Onsite/Offshore resourcing model.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 – – $130,000.
