In line with this goal, we have developed a program that allows you to assist our teams in designing, implementing, administering and maintaining our software solutions and environments.
Requirements
As a Business Analyst Intern, You will be Responsible for:
- Collaborating with Equus teams in Implementation, Client Solutions, and Tax
- Acquiring knowledge on the role of a Business Analyst, and how to utilize, configure, and test Equus software solutions
- Familiarizing yourself with project management methodologies and plans through our Project Manager team
- Aiding Equus teams and Clients in researching solutions to issues and questions
- Learning how to carry out tax research using legislative sources to identify changes that impact our products
- Meeting with key leaders in our organization to learn about their roles and how our teams support best practices in software configuration and client support
Requirements and Preferred Skills for Bachelor’s Degree Candidates:
We are looking for Bachelor’s Degree candidates, with a preference for those who have taken coursework in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Tax, or other business areas. We have previously offered internship opportunities and are now looking to provide chances to people who typically don’t have access to them

When your internship comes to a close, we want you to be confident in your ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company. During your time with us, you will have made significant contributions to the Equus community. You’ll have honed your skills working with Equus products and provided valuable support to our Implementation, Client Solutions, and Tax teams through individual small projects. You will have cultivated relationships with team members from around the globe, offering input, and adding value to our existing processes and client relationships.
By leveraging the knowledge you’ve gained from the Equus team, you will have a much better understanding of the Global Mobility industry. You will be able to develop a clear business case and project plan for the implementation and ongoing support of a technology project.
Tailored Training Program for Equus Software Interns
As part of the program, you will gain access to Equus Learn, our online learning portal for employees and clients. Additionally, our Help Center will be at your disposal, and we provide a learning roadmap for those interested in becoming an AssignmentPro Super User. Throughout the program, you will be paired with a Mentor who will regularly check in with you on an agreed-upon schedule.
