Business Analyst – Marketing 787 #PP
A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking aBusiness Analyst – Marketing. The successful candidate will partner with key members of the PMO team as well as multi-functional marketing partners to identify, prioritize, and complete marketing process-related projects. The ideal candidate has experience as a project manager or business analyst role in a marketing organization with demonstrated ability in driving process improvement initiatives from requirements analysis to complete business process implementation. Business Analyst – MarketingPay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $75/hr.

Business Analyst – MarketingResponsibilities:
- Lead the definition of project scope and the development of project plans and schedules to support the successful execution of business process initiatives.
- Lead and perform requirements analysis by evaluating marketing processes, anticipating needs, uncovering areas for improvement, and defining and recommending solutions.
- Lead ongoing reviews of marketing processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Organize, facilitate, and drive meetings. Develop meeting agendas, highlight key project dates, drive issue resolution, and keep track of follow-up items. Summarize and communicate meeting outcomes to all internal partners.
- Track critical dates, manage task/project dependencies, and proactively communicate issues.
- Develop and conduct presentations to share the results of your efforts as well as socialize ideas and findings with multi-functional team members and management.
- Work with internal clients, technical staff, and managerial staff to assemble critical information and produce useful information and reports.
- Evaluate resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements and evaluate the impact on the organization and the staff.
- Lead projects and develop project plans with an eye on performance.
- Update, implement, and maintain procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between partners and users and perform user acceptance testing.
- Lead work, ensuring timely completion of projects while handling resource and priority challenges.
Business Analyst – MarketingQualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a project manager or business analyst role in a marketing organization with demonstrated ability in driving process improvement initiatives from requirements analysis to complete business process implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or an MBA.
- Experience with business processes and workflow documentation is required.
- Proven experience working with internal teams as well as virtual, global, and agency teams.
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, Google Docs, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
- Experience with Miro or other process mapping and workflow tools.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing processes and principles is very helpful.
- A track record of leading and supporting successful projects as well as following through on commitments.
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills as well as the ability to collaborate with a variety of partners and work closely with them to find acceptable solutions.
- Proven track record working in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and able to deliver results on time; graceful under pressure.
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, able to quickly understand context, and cultivate strong partnerships across teams.
- Ability to be flexible and positive with change, with a can-do attitude and roll-up-your-sleeves approach to anything that comes your way. An enthusiastic, resourceful contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
