Business Analyst / Project Manager
Compensation: $85K
Position Description:
– Develops, coordinates, tracks, and manages projects for a variety of simultaneous initiatives of
varying sizes
– Supports cross functional project teams consisting of application development, IT operations,
and information security teams
– Works with subject matter experts to document user acceptance test plans and coordinates the
execution of user acceptance testing
– Documents and tracks project changes, risks, and issues through resolution
– Regularly meets with stakeholders to identify and document business, functional, and technical
requirements
– Maintains and updates all requirements documentation
– Communicates changes to requirements and projects to all stakeholders
Position Requirements:
– Strong interpersonal and communications skills
– Ability to translate conceptual requirements into business and functional requirements
– Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
– Experience managing projects across development lifecycles (analysis through implementation)
– Track record of successfully managing multiple projects of varying scope, size, and complexity
Secondary Requirements
– Familiar with software or systems development lifecycles
– Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
– Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing requirements
– Desired KSAs
– Self-starter who can quickly acclimate to a fast paced environment
– Multi-task effectively between business analysis and project management activities
Experience:
– 2-3 years of business analysis experience
– 3-5 years of project management experience
– Degree / certification in either Business Analysis or Project Management is a plus
