We are seeking an analytical, articulate, and highly motivated Business Analyst. We are looking for someone who can partner with Lucid’s Sales team to create KPIs, report on performance, improve the team’s processes and workflows within Salesforce, and generate insights to accelerate decision making with leadership.
This role requires a mix of data analysis, operational optimization, and process development. The ideal candidate has a background in Sales Operations or Business Analytics and is highly motivated to help build a world-class data-driven luxury sales organization.
The Role:
- Create and maintain concise and accurate reporting for Lucid’s Sales and Delivery teams.
- Build and manage analytics tools and operational dashboards within Salesforce used by customer-facing teams to perform their daily operations.
- Work closely with our Systems team to scale our Salesforce instance and build processes to reliably generate data.
- Drive the standardization and classification of data related to standard and custom Salesforce objects such as Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Asset, Campaign, and Location.
- Analyze customer lifecycles, customer engagement, and channel attribution.
- Design intuitive and elegant visualizations that communicate actionable insights to business leaders.
- Collaborate with business leaders to create KPIs and metrics used to measure business performance.
- Partner with our Business Intelligence team members to manipulate large datasets and create data sources.
- Be uncompromising in pursuing data integrity and building data generation processes that will scale.
- Increase the efficiency of our Sales and Delivery teams and systems in preparation for rapid growth.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years relevant experience in an Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Sales Operations role.
- BS/MS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or quantitative Business fields.
- Salesforce Report and Dashboard building expertise.
- Proficiency with Tableau and data visualization.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce’s Setup features, from configuration to customization options.
- Understanding of the Salesforce platform and how it can be used to facilitate the customer lifecycle and generate data throughout the customer journey.
- A willingness to navigate and execute in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while still maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with audiences at all technical and organizational levels.
- Experience with Tableau and SQL a plus.
- Willingness and flexibility to learn a broad range of skillsets in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
• California (Bay Area) – $104-$143,000
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
