WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Business Applications Coordinator will be vital in maintaining and growing our enterprise-level technology solutions. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of essential business applications, including our customer relationship management (CRM) and professional services automation (PSA) environments. The Business Applications Coordinator will also partner with varied teams and contribute to internal projects relating to these business applications.
This position reports to the Director, Business Applications.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 1-2+ years in a Salesforce Experience:
- Certified Associate, or equivalent knowledge and experience, required
- Certified Administrator and above, or equivalent knowledge and experience, preferred
- Some general experience with programming, particularly in Apex, preferred
- Certification and/or experience with any Professional Services Automation (PSA) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications preferred
- Experience with cloud-based platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, HubSpot, Smartsheet, Wrike, etc. preferred
- Experience working in a ticketing system as a technician or support specialist preferred
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with application end users to identify and resolve submitted issues they may have.
- Track application issues and resolutions; escalate to additional business applications team members when needed.
- Perform application administration tasks, including user setup and permissions, creating analytics reports, uploading data, and maintaining system performance.
- Keep applications technical and training documentation up to date.
- Respond to end-user questions on general application usage and provide training as needed.
- Align with the IT Program Management Sr. Director, Business Applications Director, and Associate Developer on system-wide updates and new releases; support application administration tasks during these windows.

HOW WE’LL TAKE CARE OF YOU
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is between $62,000-$70,000. Our salary ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Physical Requirements:
Individuals will be required to sit for the majority of the day and will be required to stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. Individuals will be required to travel via airplane, train, taxi, car and/or other means of transportation as needed.
