Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Business Intelligence solutions including Physical data models, Dimensional analyses, KPI Alerts, Operational Reports, Dashboards, Scorecards and Ad hoc reports.
- Design, code, test, and aggregate results from SQL queries, analyze data to ensure correct output, troubleshoot issues and perform Unit Testing.
- Gather Business Requirements accurately and create comprehensive Business/Technical documentation.
- Translate business requirements and technical designs into well-developed reporting solutions that meet the business goals defined by the business and management.
- Commit to deliverables with the business leads.
- Meet Project deadlines.
- Conduct BI solution performance tuning, troubleshooting, support and capacity estimation.
- Write queries and output efficiently, and have in depth knowledge of the data available in the area of expertise. Pull the data needed with standard query syntax; periodically identify more advanced methods of query optimization.
- Identify, quantify and propose solutions to address data integrity and data quality issues including performing source data analysis and data profiling to assess data quality.
- Proactively identify data and reporting quality issues and work with peers in Data Warehouse group and/or source systems to resolve them quickly.
- Perform code reviews on BI Solutions created by peers.
- Serve as a senior SME and mentor for Power BI, including helping teams become more self-sufficient with all requests.
- Work closely with the BI Manager in establishing standards to ensure high availability of reporting platforms, fast performance and to create reporting consistency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, Math or an equivalent education.
- 1+ years’ experience building reporting solutions.
- Extensive Experience working with Microsoft Power BI/other advanced BI tools with a focus on usability, flexibility and standardization.
- Broad and deep skills in PL/SQL development and Data Warehouse related functionality: materialized views, partitioning etc.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization techniques and dashboard design.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing principles.
- Proven track record of implementing Business Intelligence Solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary Range: $80,300-$120,400
The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee’s work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.

Additional Information:
This position is a full time salaried, exempt (non overtime eligible) position.
