Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and business data and performance trends to provide insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain financial models and visualizations to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize company performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate key findings and present them to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to enhance business operations.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices to enhance financial decision-making.
- Support the preparation of business cases and financial justifications for new initiatives and project
Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- 4 years of relevant experience as an analyst in a similar role
Basic Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of financial modeling and data analytic tools.
- Knowledge of relevant organizational financial, accounting, reporting, ERP, CRM and other related systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other MS Office products.
- Ability to manipulate reports and dashboards in PowerBI
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced analytical skills that can be applied to financial and project data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex financial data.
- Understanding of business intelligence data necessary to manage consulting projects

Skills That Set You Apart
- Demonstrated knowledge of organizational policies and regulations that may impact budgeting and financial compliance.
- Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
- Experience interacting with project managers and a PMO
- Prior experience with PowerBI and/or Python or other programming languages
- Prior experience with reports and visualizations from financial ERP systems such as JAMIS
