POSITION
We are seeking a high-energy, experienced Business Analytics and Reporting leader to join our Distribution Business Intelligence Team. You will partnering with sales leaders, finance, and business managers to drive strategic initiatives and deliver insights to help influence the decision making process. We are looking for an individual who is collaborative, agile and ready to roll up their sleeves. In addition to in-depth subject matter expertise, you’ll need to continually keep pace with the changing technology landscape.
This role will have responsibility for collaborating across Allspring to create structure, deliver insights and implement reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will possess asset management experience and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of financial products and the competitive landscape for the US and Global Markets. You will partner closely with sales leaders, business managers, finance and technology to ensure accurate and timely delivery of internal and external reporting and analytics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and lead a best-in-class business analytics and reporting infrastructure across global distribution channels
- Plan, lead and manage internal and external reporting deliverables to business leaders, Allspring Boards, GTCR and Reverence Capital Partners
- Combine superior analytic and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and relationship management to identify and present key findings that influence decision making
- Lead and develop Client 360 reporting (e.g. sales and revenue analytics, pipeline, activity at risk, etc.)
- Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy of reporting and analytics
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years experience in asset management industry with strong knowledge of sales reporting and investment products including mutual funds, separately managed accounts and/or collective funds
- Experience as an Analytics Manager, Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, or Financial Reporting Leader
- Advanced business writing skills with strong storyboarding background
- Proficient/advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business analytics, business management, data management, accounting, finance or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to acquire new concepts and skills quickly
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly recognize and resolve problems

Base Pay Range: $100,000 – $120,000
Salary Range for NYC and California candidates only. Actual based may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
