Job Description Summary:
PayPal, Inc. seeks Business Operations Analyst 4 in San Jose, California to develop recommendations and prepare written and oral presentations to senior management. Develop, maintain, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Analyze data from various sources to compile a comprehensive picture of the overall business operational performance. Produce periodic reports on a wide range of strategic and tactical analyses. Develop and implement best practices across operating rhythms and routines. Support day-to-day operations and deliver on strategy and operational plans from the planning process against the strategic vision for PayPal.
