Job Description
DPS Forward is a new API-based processing solution designed for scaling Fintechs and transforming Financial Institutions. Our focus is to maximize the value we deliver within the ever-changing payments landscape and to bring all the global assets under the Visa umbrella to optimize our solutions. Our vision is to enable clients to focus on innovation, customer experience and differentiating products/services by providing best-in class secure, robust, scalable, and reliable issuer processing product and services. The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for executing on critical processes to keep our business unit running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will own the management and tracking of client agreements, the calculation and submission of billable activity, the delivery of ongoing communications to clients, the reporting of revenue and forecasting to leadership, and the execution and creation of other business/GTM processes as deemed necessary.
We are looking for an Analyst who has worked for a least 3 years in an environment where you have demonstrated an understanding of data, process and procedures, with strong cross-collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- You will provide support to the Head of Commercialization by working cross-functionally with Client Success, Product Development and Operations, and identifying/mitigating risks and managing dependencies
- You will analyze large amounts of information and data quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and to make recommendations to Head of Commercialization on inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- You will maintain and deliver a feedback loop to Commercialization stakeholders including leadership
- You will maintain meticulous records of operational priorities, decisions, and assets
- Exercise independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor
- Adopt agile processes with a constant improvement mindset
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced
Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2
years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD,
MD)
• Self-starter with proven abilities in organizational, conceptual, and logical
problem solving.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with MS Dynamics, JIRA/JIRA
Align a plus.
• Understanding of the Product Lifecycle and the Agile Software Development
Lifecycle
• Passion to solve complex problems and to build scalable processes with a
heavy focus on execution and delivery
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth, constantly changing
environment
• Ability to set priorities and manage customer expectations
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical information and
use that knowledge to identify and develop business solutions
• Experience and comfort around contract management, revenue tracking and
reporting, and forecasting
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $94,700 up to $120,700 – Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
