Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Business Operations Analyst II is responsible for making sure that all inventory and fulfillment processes are followed in accordance with the organization’s standards. This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Procurement and Inventory. This position is responsible for producing daily/weekly/monthly reports on warehouse performance, maintaining accurate records of inventory/fulfillment transactions, updating billing/inventory systems, and other duties as assigned. This position will work as part of the Warehouse Team to ensure that all business processes are followed and strategic goals are met.
Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
- Analyze warehouse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, Oracle, Spartanburg, IT, and other departments as needed to identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving processes, policies, and procedures.
- Support the implementation of new tools, technologies, and systems to optimize warehouse operations.
- Provide training and support to warehouse team members on reporting tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Complete sales orders from various sales channels which include but are not limited to Master Agents, Master Distributors, TSP, Multicarrier door, and other sales channels as assigned
- Process fulfillment orders and update all applicable databases
- Prepare fulfillment orders by following the quality control process, activating and programing devices, picking and packing, and kitting orders
- Work cross functionally to assure accurate inventory levels
- Maintaining historical records of all inventory transactions.
- Manage the accuracy of all sales order, Ecom, and other trackers as assigned
- Work with other departments on procurement and fulfillment as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Associates degree+ or a minimum of two years of warehouse or business analytics related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and well organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work and think independently, and to exercise independent judgment
- Effectively organize, manage, and perform work assignments
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Must be flexible to accommodate changing business requirements
- Detail oriented
- Bilingual skills a plus
Salary Range
Compensation: $72,623.00/Year – $103,500.00/Year
