About the Role
The Business Operations organization at Walmart Connect is the connective tissue of the organization and stands at the center of the Walmart Connect team. We work across teams to drive cross-functional alignment and enable growth and scalability of the business. We are the internal problem solvers of the organization, the swiss army knife team, and we lead and drive strategic decision-making and execution of strategic initiatives across the entire company.
Walmart Connect is looking for a Business Operations Manager for our Audit & Compliance team who will:
- Assist in overseeing and implementing the Media Rating Council (MRC) compliance program deliverables, which includes but is not limited to: project managing responsibilities, performing walkthroughs and documenting technical IT audit narratives, documenting ITGCs, etc.
- Be able to identify technical IT/business risks and compliance gaps, assess their impact, recommend appropriate solutions, and drive implementation thereof.
- Comfortable communicating with several different cross functional teams like product, legal, engineering and other areas within Walmart, with the ability to translate technical aspects into business language.
- Assist with other Audit & Compliance projects as needed such as partnership compliance reviews and SOX compliance.
- Be self-motivated, detail oriented, and thrive working within a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Be intellectually curious, high energy and have a strong work ethic.
- Have strong strategic, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or accounting required
- 5+ years of IT or operational internal audit experience or project managing IT compliance programs required
- Big4 accounting or consulting firm experience a plus.
- Industry certifications such as CIA, CISA, or related, or working towards certification a plus
- High EQ skills and ability to communicate clearly with all different types of people
- Exceptional follow through and project management skills
- High level of accountability, proven ability to take ownership
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc. and data visualizations.
- Understanding of business processes and system integration, and the related risks that could impact the business
- Digital advertising or media experience a plus
- Understanding of MRC accreditation process a plus

The annual salary range for this position is $97,500.00-$162,500.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
