Key responsibilities
- Learn to access and become an expert on all data sets (eComm and WMC owned) relevant for marketplace sellers, including advertising performance, sales data and seller information (at the SKU and seller level)
- Track all aspects of marketplace business and proactively report on key trends to relevant stakeholders during bi-weekly business reviews with Senior Director and Director responsible for marketplace business
- Conduct deeper/ad hoc analysis as needed to understand root cause of certain business trends or to answer key business questions posed by leadership
- Simplify takeaways from complex datasets, create narratives and present to leadership
- Contribute to monthly and weekly business reviews as needed to provide commentary on key trends in the marketplace business
- Conduct ad hoc analyses when needed for key leadership meetings
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage ambiguity
- Work with hiring manager to build a best-in-class reporting and analysis function for the marketplace business
- Build automated solutions as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, statistics or economics and 5+ years relevant work experience
- SQL, PowerBI/Tableau, Excel skills. R/Python skills are a big plus
- Superb attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent data visualization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management and ability to work well in cross functional settings

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00-$195,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
