You will report to the Director of IPS Strategy & Operations and you will be responsible for providing project and program management leadership across a variety of key operational areas. This includes fiscal year planning, People & Culture, business management, and strategic initiatives as prioritized. Working closely with cross-IPS, human resource (HR) and other key partners, you will enable organizational clarity, effectiveness and impact across our teams. Additionally, this role will have accountabilities to help drive strategic programs and projects as prioritized.

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience in defining, integrating, tracking, driving, leading, executing the following: performance metrics, roadmaps, standards, and/or key performance indicators
- 2+ years work experience presenting solutions (written and verbal) to senior executives.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of strategic program management in a technology organization, working across global stakeholders, multiple functions, and complex interdependencies
- 4+ years experience in data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills with efficient finance and business acumen
- Proven ability to accurately assess and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information (e.g., KPIs, business performance-to-value drivers, core data analytics, etc.), draw conclusions, present solutions to senior management and drive overall execution across a complex program
- Adept at traversing business, people, and Profit & Loss (P&L) priorities with p roven success in leading and executing across multiple, concurrent workstreams/initiatives.
- Successful track record in building partnerships and influencing senior stakeholder groups, as well as sophistication in internal advocacy in a large, dynamic and highly matrixed environment
- Effective communication skills including interpersonal skills, verbal/written/presentation skills with attention to detail and proven ability to influence outcomes.
- Work experience in business management, program/project management, finance, management consulting and/or change management preferred
Business Program Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 – $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 – $195,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a lead Program Manager across IPS fiscal year commercial planning and landing engines.
- Execute planning, setup (e.g., IPS planning infrastructure, project plans, templates, etc.), and overall status reporting/communications to ensure core planning milestones are achieved on time and with quality.
- Work in close partnership with the Director of IPS Strategy & Operations, cross-IPS teams, and key business partners across Microsoft globally.
- Serve as a lead Program Manager across IPS People & Culture initiatives, working in close partnership with diverse teams and HR partners to plan and execute key initiatives and drive meaningful impact across our core IPS People priorities.
- Lead, implement and/or manage key IPS programs or initiatives (as prioritized) to drive operational excellence within our core IPS business management functions, with a keen focus on empowering our sales organization at scale.
- Identify key opportunities for business improvement through a combination of analytics, qualitative insights, and effective business acumen.
- Perform landscape research and analysis (e.g., cross-IPS, cross-Microsoft, etc.) to drive scoping and solution recommendations for key program/operational priorities.
- Define project/program requirements and create project plan(s), timelines, communication rhythms/deliverables, status/risk management protocols and success measures/key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure teams align and execute on a clear plan of record.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to 1) build consensus across key program/initiative goals and strategies; and 2) ensure programmatic and/or business processes are rigorous, executed on-time/on-plan- with operational excellence.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders/partners to d efine and execute landing plans, leveraging industry change management methodologies to meet audience/user change needs and achieve optimal change outcomes.
