Responsibilities
This Project Manager position will report to the Manager of Quality and Process Improvement and work close with the Quality management team as well as senior management across the Operations organization. The position will play a key role in assuring IGT maintains their ISO Quality and Environmental certifications. This will require working cross functionally to make sure processes to maintain the quality and environmental management systems are effective and employees in the organization are actively supporting these systems and continually improving them.
In addition to those responsibilities, the Project Manager will identify short- and long-term project for process improvement and participate in cross-function project teams throughout the organization.

Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management

Innovative thinking, ability to define creative ways to advance the effectiveness of the Quality function and our quality and environmental management systems.
Ability to build strong, collaborative, authentic relationships with key interfaces
Ability to interpret the ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and represent IGT’s systems effectively to external auditors
5-7 years related experience
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt a plus
MBA a plus

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $38,200- $133,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
