Responsibilities
The Business Pro Analyst IV will partner with multiple internal stakeholders and the Lottery customer to deliver new releases and upgrades to primary business applications. The role will elicit, analyze, validate, and manage the business needs of customers and end users to provide inputs into product development which will resolve business process gaps and deliver requested functionality. Analyses will contribute to product roadmaps, competitive intelligence and market assessments. To that end, Analyst should have an analytical mindset and strong communication/influencer skills. They should be able to collaborate well with others and embrace the overall purpose-to produce insight for better business decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience required as a Business Analyst or Customer Account Manager or Business Applications Trainer for software services company.
- Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business, Finance, or Economics is required.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, sufficient to exchange information effectively with customers, product teams, technical teams, and supervisor.
- Skill in listening and conveying awareness of a customer’s problem or issue to find resolutions.
- Demonstrable ability to analyze customer requests and deliver solutions.
- Experience working with and driving diverse teams, both internally and externally.
- Strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and software development life cycle.
- Experience with JIRA/SQL/PowerPivot (DAX)/PowerQuery/Power Bl/VBA/Tableau a plus
- Experience with SAP/Business Warehouse a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and work efforts.
Job Responsibilities
- Interact with site project team, product teams, and customer teams.
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and manage the business needs of customers and end users to drive product development which will resolve business process gaps and deliver requested functionality.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Perform standard project functions such as creating documents and presentations; scheduling and coordinating meetings; producing meeting minutes; and tracking artifacts, issues, and action items.
- Assist with planning and monitoring project activities to deliver product upgrades to our customer.
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and enforcing standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned products.
- Develop artifacts in an understandable and presentable format using standard office applications.
- Support System and User Acceptance Testing.
- Identify and communicate concerns/risks and issues to appropriate stakeholders.
- Participate in Level 2 Support for our product offerings.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $100,200 – $159,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
