Business Process Analyst – Hybrid

We are hiring a Demand and Process Analyst. The position will bebased in Hingham, MA and will be a Hybrid Role allowing for a few days a weekto work remotely!

Inthis role you will report to the head of Project Management and will facilitatethe communication of critical demand information to key stakeholders, workingclosely with our teams of sales, application engineering, project management,order management, engineering, and manufacturing operations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Tie input from all departments together into a singular view of the demand that can be filtered by product, plant, etc
  • Build and maintain databases, workflows and dashboards with supporting data
  • Drive discussions with all departments around capacity needs and actions to achieve the business revenue and margin targets. Identify and monitor lists of actions coming from these discussions
  • Manage the production schedule shadow loading process and provide input to the sales teams on lead time forecast per product line
  • Lead internal projects to improve processes that drive business target results
  • Present and escalate issues to executive management on a regular basis

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

  • BS/BA in engineering, business, computer science or related field is helpful
  • Work experience of minimum 5 years
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Applications, with a strong proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with sophisticated ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Experience in managing databases
  • Experience with data wrangling tools and dashboarding tools such as Tableau and Knime is preferred. The selected candidate will have access to a group of peers & management that understand the data the candidate is working with and can assist in learning Tableau and Knime as needed
  • Good Communications Skills, both written and oral
  • Proven organizational skills including attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, responsible, driven, team player
  • Ability to travel 10%

  • The pay range for this position is $95-$128K. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
