Responsibilities
Conducts research and evaluates technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on user behavior and patterns in a dynamic and changing mission environment. Detects anomalous activity in raw and processed log files for deeper exploration using IC tools and databases. Differentiates between general and targeted or suspicious scanning. Identifies trends RF systems and performs behavior analysis. Uses Splunk dashboards to create alerts and investigate log files. Correlates threat data from various sources. Writes concise assessments that highlight findings supported by evidence, articulating the impact of conclusions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related technical fieldfrom an accredited college/university
- 16 years’ experience with collecting, processing, and analyzing signals
- 7 years’ experience with identifying and classifying signals of interest using diverse collection platforms
- 7 years’ experience with geolocation processing and analysis or emitters
- 5 years’ experience with RF waveform design and communication protocols (cellular, wireless, etc.)
- 5 years’ experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Linux shell)
- 5 years’ experience with protocol analysis of collected signals
- 5 years’ experience with calculation of RF signals parameters based on external characteristics
- 3 years’ experience with analysis of binary data streams from RF signals to identify and extract underlying signal content and metadata
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
Desired Qualifications:
- Completion of DoD 451/452 signals collection and analysis courses
- Completion of signals/intelligence development program
- Experience with Splunk analysis software tool
- Experience with “red teaming” of communication systems under development
- Experience supporting or conducting SIGINT operations
BS Equivalent = Minimum 4 years of experience in related technical field. Experience used as equivalency for college degree must be in addition to other experience requirements.

Target Salary Range
$146,000 – $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
