JOB DESCRIPTION:

Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products. Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation. Guide and monitor responses from other global support analysts to ensure ticket quality and improve customer experience. Resolve and troubleshoot complex issues requiring detailed systems and applications knowledge that have been escalated from Tier I. Create, maintain, and distribute written documentation manuals for users and suppliers. Design and build standard and custom reports that provide insight into key data points use by managers and stakeholders. Position allows telecommuting and working from home.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence or related field. At least one year of experience in SQL Programming, data analytics and business intelligence. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience.

Or

Master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence or related field with coursework in SQL Programming, data analytics, and business intelligence.

Pay Range: $80,500 – $95,000
