We are looking for an analyst who can skillfully navigate custom software systems and low-code platforms to provide innovative solutions that streamline and enhance our operations.
As a Business Systems Analyst at Sono Bello, you will play a critical role within our Software Development Team. Your expertise will be crucial in defining and refining business requirements, conducting process analysis, and testing business solutions within our Microsoft-focused tech stack. This includes working with cutting-edge technologies like Azure cloud-based solutions, .NET applications, and Azure DevOps.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Requirement Analysis: Actively engage with stakeholders to accurately capture and define their needs. Translate these needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- User Stories Creation: Develop comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria that the development team can readily understand and implement.
- Product Validation and testing: Verify that the finished product aligns with the initially defined requirements and adds tangible value to the business.
- Active Participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other agile ceremonies to provide valuable insights and contribute to the successful delivery of features.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Business Systems Analyst role, preferably within a software development environment.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, .NET, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system design.
- A clear understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent test writing and testing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a diverse audience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and handle tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry.
- Certifications in relevant Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with Low-Code technologies

Compensation
At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $75k-$85k, depending on experience.
