We are seeking an experienced Business Systems professional to join our Business Systems team at eero, an Amazon company.
The Business Systems team serves as the backbone of our highly automated business processes. We manage critical systems, including our ERP, and support key stakeholders across various teams including Manufacturing Operations, Order Management, Finance etc. This senior-level position requires technical acumen, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to independently drive complex initiatives and implementation of business-critical systems.
Key job responsibilities
1. Product Management: Serve as a product manager for the design and implementation of business-critical systems projects, which may include creating an enterprise-grade B2B subscriptions order-to-cash process and implementing complex revenue recognition rules.
2. Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Drive project planning, execution, and monitoring while effectively managing project risks and issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
3. Business Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and drive business growth. Evaluate existing systems and processes, and propose innovative solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
4. Stakeholder Management: Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, engineers, and external partners. Understand their requirements, gather feedback, and effectively communicate project updates and progress. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
5. Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
About the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with end to end product delivery
– 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Manager or similar techno-functional product management role with enterprise systems
– 3+ years of experience with NetSuite and other Business Systems (e.g Stripe, Coupa, Shopify) developing custom features, solutions and integrations
– Strong track record of successfully delivering complex business systems projects, preferably in areas such as order-to-cash, revenue recognition, and subscription management.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
– Demonstrated ability to work independently, learn new systems, take ownership of initiatives, and drive projects to completion.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience with revenue recognition and subscription billing
– Experience working at a company that sells bundled hardware and software products
– NetSuite ERP certifications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market.
