We are seeking a Utah-licensed attorney with two or more years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, business and/or tax law to join our growing firm. Responsibilities
- Proactively support and assist the McCullough Law team
- Prepare, review, implement, and carry out our highly customized estate-planning and asset-protection plans with an exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking
- Prepare, review, and advise on business, creation, structure, and maintenance
- Ensure documents and advice meet federal, state, and IRS tax laws and align with firm best practices and procedures
- Meet and exceed internal and external deadlines
- Manage multiple high priority tasks at a time
- Complete CLE requirements
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, business and/or tax law preferred
- Licensed with the state of Utah
- Ability to effectively receive, implement, and provide feedback
- Possess high standards of excellence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong research, reviewing, and editing skills
- Must have professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Applicants must be available to work onsite, full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:25 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
