As a member of the Tenant Coordination team, the CAD Associate is responsible for tenant layout drawings and lease plans using AutoCAD for their designated property assignments. The CAD Associate will work with a Senior Manager and/or the AVP, CAD to prepare site plans and drawings for prospective new development projects, redevelopments of existing properties, and/or repurposing of anchor spaces and mixed-use projects.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with Leasing to provide drawings for tenant space layouts.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization to facilitate completion of accurate work product.
- Possess a full understanding of global CAD procedures and standards to efficiently provide detailed design and space layouts.
- Maintain and expedite Yardi activities for assigned properties.
- Assist Senor CAD on development projects.
- Understand and interpret project construction drawings.
- Work with Tenant Coordinator to obtain field verifications for space layout.
- Maintain and update property square footage database.
- Create and update property site and lease plans.
- Create teaser and lease outline drawings.
- Create and update lease exhibits.
- Possess a general understanding of local & national building, fire, and ADA codes.
- Update and maintain ePlans (Electronic Lease and Site Plan).
- Facilitate in-house plotting services.
- All other duties as assigned.
Your Key Success Attributes
- Associate degree in Drafting / Architecture or other related field, with 0-3 plus years’ experience in related fields.
- Proficient using AutoCAD.
- Proficient in reading construction documents.
- Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.
- Architectural design and knowledge are preferred, but not required.

Salary
Estimated compensation for this position is:
$22.00 to $25.00 (Hourly)
