Skills and experience you will bring to us:

  • Available to double front line transactions ensuring the accuracy of payouts.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of Cage Operations internal functions, controls and software updates and takes the initiative to set up shift meetings and convey pertinent Information to employees regarding policy or scheduling changes.
  • Maintains frequent communication with all work areas to ensure efficiency, performance standards and superior guest service.
  • Reviews payroll reports for accurate work hour totals and makes adjustments when needed.
  • Consistently demonstrates outstanding guest service skills and assists guests with questions pertaining to recovering variances, handling guest disputes, counterfeit issues, compact violations, and hot carding diamond cards while consistently tracking customer complaints as well as monitoring frequency of guest play. Ensures procedures are followed for issuance of guest comps.
  • Runs complete credit checks on credit applications received by the Casino Hosts. Is thorough and accurate when verifying, processing and maintaining guest account information, credit files, reports, check-cashing and approvals for new or changed accounts.

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

  • College degree or some level of secondary education required.
  • Minimum of 5 years Cage supervisory experience required.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must possess computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must possess outstanding guest service skills.
  • Previous money handling experience with basic math skills required.
